Help us fix what went wrong

Send the logs from one incident together. A few details about what happened can help us reproduce the issue.

This support form is currently available in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

1. Choose your logsLog files (select multiple)

Up to 20 files: .log, .txt or .json UTF-8 logs (5 MiB each) and .dmp binary crash dumps (50 MiB each). Maximum 50 MiB per report; no ZIP archive needed.

3. Review and submit

Only the files you select and the details you enter will be submitted. Logs can contain device information, local file paths or account identifiers; crash dumps may also contain process memory. Please review them and remove passwords, access tokens and other sensitive information before submitting.

Reports are stored privately for debugging and automatically deleted after 30 days. Other players cannot browse or download them.
